The Worldwide region generally covers all countries in the world. However insurers tend to divide these into two categories, often one with includes the USA, and one which doesn't. This is because some countries are more 'toxic-loaded' than others, which means the medical expenses are likely to be more costly. This also means that travel insurance to a Worldwide region will be more expensive that travel to a European country, for example.
